Environmental Site Assessments- Phase I and Transaction Screens
PETRODI specializes in the field of environmental due diligence. The company and its associates have performed environmental site assessments primarily in New Jersey, however, the staff has the experience to also complete assessments in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, and Maryland. A thorough review of historical database information, on-site interviews, site inspection observations, and records review with the township/regulatory agency is included in the final report. This report qualifies for all appropriate inquiries.
Site Investigation–Remedial Investigation
PETRODI staff is equipped to perform investigations in all types of geologic environments. These investigations our staff has performed have included delineation of contaminants from various sources and detailed geological and hydro geological studies. These sub-surface soil and groundwater investigations were conducted under various local, state, and federal programs including approved RCRA and CERCLA protocols.
PETRODI’s investigation approach involves the use of both intrusive and non-intrusive techniques to cost-effectively determine the type, severity, and extent of contamination, and the controlling subsurface geologic pathways. Depending on the size of the project and the site features, geophysical and soil gas surveys may be used with unlimited soil and groundwater sampling program to help guide additional studies. PETRODI makes every effort possible to recommend and perform only what is absolutely required in order to remain within budgetary constraints, and still be able to properly complete the investigation or remediation per regulatory or state requirements.
